Hello Hayley,

Welcome to the wonderful world of nicotine. I've noticed over time I plan more of my day around when I can smoke. I smoke after breakfast b4 school. I can't smoke again until I cmoe home. I am OK during school, but really want one once I get home. Once my Mom gets home from work, we usually smoke together and talk about the day. Now that school is out, my smoking is increasing. I'm lucky I don't have to hide this but it sounds like the urge to smoke is getting stronger for you. Be careful.
