Hi Cassy -

Thanks for your response, and I really appreciate you sharing you experience with me. Like everything, there are so many decisions we all make, and I am one who just likes to find things out before making them. Sometimes I admit to an extreme! To date, I have been pretty stable at about 5 a day, and have been pretty happy with that. So far, I cannot say that I have really experienced any obvious or consistent cravings, but sometimes I have felt a little bit of a desire for one, but not overwhelming by any means. If this amount will lead to addiction to some degree, I take your point very seriously that I would have to be very careful at that point. Thanks again Cassy....!
