The Miss Cherokee County Scholarship Program is very proud to announce that we will be crowning Miss Abigail Kelley, 4, of Ballground, Georgia as the first ever lifetime queen with our Young Miss Cherokee 2007 queens.
She will be given the honorary title of
"Miss Cherokee County, Queen of Hope"
Abigail will be crowned on stage at Cherokee Relay for Life at 5:00pm, on Friday, May 4th. We would love to see as many Young Miss Cherokee Queens and Miss Cherokee Fair Queens there as possible to welcome her into the Miss Cherokee family.

Here is a quote from her web site www.caringbridge.org/visit/abigailkelley
"My name is Abigail and I am 4 years old. I like to sing, play with my friends, and watch funny movies. I love to put on lipstick. My favorite color is pink. My brother Jack thinks I am the "best." My mom and dad say I have the prettiest smile and the sweetest laugh. I have lots of people who love me. I also have juvenile pilocytic astrocytoma."

Abigail has been undergoing chemotherapy lately and has the cutest little haircut! Be sure to check out her pictures on her web site and read about the amazing strength of this family.

Please join me in welcoming her into the Miss Cherokee family!
