Copying everything has become a real problem. Thousands are spent just trying to get that one winning picture that more than likely looks nothing like the contestant. Its more of a drawing of something the retoucer has in their mind. The photo thing has just went overboard. The directors want more contestants, but the contestants wont come, because they cant afford to spend 2000 for a good retouched photo. GET A HINT DIRECTORS. This event counting toward the Grand titles are costing you contestants. You have a few at your pageants that have money to burn, but the majority of us don't. Cant you make photogenic a side event that does not count toward the grands? -- PARENTS FOR FAIR PAGEANTS CLUB
