Greetings from your Washington State 2008 Cinderella Teen Delaney Ferrell's mom, Katy Ferrell-

Laura Hunter, our 2008 WA Tot Personality Queen, Isabelle Hunter's mom is offering Hair and Makeup services for Internationals. Laura has done national level hair and make-up for pageants for the past 10 years. If she confirms 7 clients she will be coming! She can take up to 10 clients, so if you are interested, please contact Laura or myself right away.

Here are the details:
H&M will be $295 and include parties , $100 non-refundable deposits are due 30 days before the pageant. The balance is due in cash at or before the pageant (checks are ok up to a week before the pageant).

Generally, if things are close together she provides touch ups between events. If they're far apart she will be able to do regular H&M between events. H&M for parties is touch-ups, not a fresh new look.
You need to show up with clean dry hair and bring any hair accessories. If you want your hair curly you should come with hot rollers freshly removed.
