Congratulations Kennedy Miller on winning International Mini-Miss! I'm so excited to reign with you and I can't wait to get to know you better this year! Also, congratulations to Brooklyn Steiner on winning the International Beauty title! You are so cute and sweet and it was so fun being in top 5 with you! I hope I get to see you both again real soon!
