Oooops, that happens a lot in my appartment, and in all old houses/ appartments, I would say. That's why, although I love my place, I always dream of moving to a newly built appartment to live a failure-free life, even if for a short period of time.

Sorry Roger, I know what you must have felt. When the efforts one put to make others happy or comfortable are ignored or gone unnoticed by those same people, I know first hand that it hurts.

And, as I am writing from office, I hereby decided to go back to work and try to continue my reply later,
