Thanks Rana.

What you say is very true, I know. But sometimes I struggle with the truth.

I have had some rather dark days in the last few weeks. Although it has been sparked by the job loss and fear of having no money it has permeated all aspects of my life.

I have to remind myself how impermanent everything is, it all doesnt matter really, but when you are in it, then it is difficult to keep that in mind.
