Good luck to you Michael. You may not want to hear from me, so I apologize if this post only serves to irritate you!

Even though we don't agree on everything, I think we both agree that it's all impermanent, and yet when these things happen to us, these lofty ideas don't always provide the security we desire.

My thoughts and prayers are with you. I can imagine the worry you must feel - I have it too. I have two beautiful daughters who I hope to somehow keep safe and happy during these difficult times.

Keep reminding yourself that this is a spiritual journey and that this is meant to help you on that journey and nothing else matters but your spiritual progress.

Finally, maybe this will help you gain a positive outlook:
