Subject: Hello All

hi everyone, sorry i've been absent, but as i have only one interest these days, i guess there doesn't seem to be much to talk about with everyone here.

nevertheless, i still think of you often and thought i should drop a quick note and say hi. i just glanced at some of the posts. Roger, i am very sorry to hear you may have heart trouble.

how has the diagnosis gone so far? it's strange because my father has some serious heart issues and now my wife may as well. hmmm...

And rana I feel for you as well!! i was 7 years at a miserable job with miserable people, and yet every day i rationalized at how it could be worse. sure.

and same goes for mother jones too. i got my degree in teaching and it was such a miserable environment, but isn't anything that is run by the gov't? my advice isn't worth anything, but i'd say get out while the gettin's good.

what do u really love? music? gardening? holistic health? whatever it is (I hope there's something), teach that instead. i know, easier said then done.

eventually i couldn't take my miserable job anymore + quit with no safety net (and yet i'm still a float, if barely!)

my wife and i have been running our own business for 2 years and racking up plenty of debt, but the business is finally starting to take off. we'll see.

right now, i am busy building a web site that i hope all of you will visit when its ready. it's taking all of my spare time, but i hope it may become a sort of business for me and maybe earn a teeny bit of money on the side.

we'll see.

my best to all. hope you're all enjoying these 'interesting' times. ;-)
