Subject: Pat has spent hours and hours on all the formatting stuff, so hopefully it all works- he seems to know what he's doing at least. :) We did do the Table of Contents and now 'Mermaid' is just waiting to be 'approved' by the powers that be at Amazon and then it will be up on their system.

I don't know if that means you have to do something special for the formatting or what.
