Subject: After growing up in an IRA family and spending time in prison I can't imagine Casey would have much trust, liking or interest in the powers that be, even if he doesn't have much of any of those things for Love either. I have to say I thought Gus a little out of his depth at first.

  • Casey isn't going to trust anyone in that sort of authority- the truth is in many of the stories I've read, people who cooperated with the FBI, or in Ireland with MI-6 etc, generally got pretty badly burned and often lost their lives because they weren't adequately protected after the fact.
