Well I wonder how Pamela would have felt had the shoe been on the other foot? I doubt it would go down well for a woman either. Interesting that we've seen Casey have to deal with jealousy, but I don't recall so far having to see Pamela have any reason to be jealousy or suspicion of Casey, or even feel any threat from another woman.
