Subject: Hello, Cindy. Newbie here. I really would like to pick your brain about Violet and her actual role in Flights of Angels. I was dumbfounded when she left the gulag "willingly" with the KGB? Was she actually KGB or forced into a role for them.? I sense she was to get information from first Andrei and then Jamie. But, what specific information. And how, how could she just walk away from her baby? I would love to hear further from you on this whole topic. And, lastly, did Andrei actually sacrifice himself for his son and Jamie? I know Andrei sent information with Jamie in the chess pieces but what, exactly, was it? Curious minds want to know! LOL!
