what makes you think that the local directors are going to give out these girls' emails addresses or phone numbers? this state director is doing what they can to get contestants and there have been plenty of pageant directors getting info off message boards. i say continue inquiring about info but i do suggest you leave your contact info instead. i feel you will get a better response.
