Subject: I won't be shut down ...

... like they try to shut down those who attend teabag rallies and health care town halls. I have an opinion and the right to voice it. And if I'm inclined, I will voice it here -- because that is what this venue is for.

However, I don't have the right to make it personal and attack someone on a personal basis. That being the case, I apologize to ANYONE I have offended with a comment targeted toward them personally and not their views.

And yes, this is for you too jayjay. I apologize to you for making several personal sideswipes. I had no right to do that. I do have the right to disagree with you, but not the right to make it personal.

For that, I do apologize from the heart. It was inappropriate and wrong.

Jayjay, I don't know what to say to you. Much like Muppy said, we seem to see the world in a completely different way. I am willing to uphold a truce, but it is on shakey ground. That is a very honest comment.
