Subject: Skimming off the top?

I was just reading a news story that the bank execs whose banks got the bail out last year, took large bonuses, (millions), anyway, from that bail out, as part of their yearly pay. I guess these people's greed has no limits. I wonder how they'll justify themselves before the committies?
