they're all entitled to their opinions. I don't pay a whole lot of attention to celebs' opinions, I listen to them strictly as entertainment and fodder for my own amusement. That being said, 2 points:

First off, I would like to mention that Sally Field and her screeching bleeding heart made my ears bleed. I was insulted for all mothers who have their grown adult sons and daughters in the armed services, and I was insulted because I'm not a mother. But, like I said she's entitled to her opinion no matter how idiotic. Would she say congratulations to mothers who are producing sons and daughters to be suicide bombers?!

Secondly, did you hear about James Brolin's stupid remarks? "Happy 9/11" and "a day for celebration" and his very articulate phrase "sophisticated stuff." What an idiot! Mr Streisand needed to stick to the topic of his movie.

Note to Katt: I am seriously thinking of becoming an Independent. I have nothing positive to say about either party (Dem and Rep) and their presidential candidates.

It is embarassing to me that she is supposed to be a "conservative" representative on that idiotic show. I really could not care less about the opinions of these self-important buffoons. Being in the movies or on tv does not make your opinion matter and I wish they would all shut up. Barry Manilow ---- what were you thinking? Refusing to perform because of her is lame. As for those who go too far - i.e. Sean Penn down in Venezuela - I wouldn't spend a dime of my money on any product of his.

The more I hear and see of these people, the more I scratch my head. Why would Sally Field think I care about her opinions on motherhood, the war, or anything else? It is all about the egos.

And yeah - James Brolin ---- wtf was up with that? Even he can't be that stupid, can he?
