Subject: Jenna Bush ate in my daughters restaurant Sat night (not really political, more just interesting)

some may recall that my daughter waits tables in an upscale rest. here in Fort Worth -

Jenna Bush came in with a group of people. She said the interesting thing was not Jenna so much as the two Secret Service guys. They each took adjacent tables - one sat facing the door with his back to Jenna, (this is the one Maggie waited on) his job was to watch anyone who approached the table. The other sat at another table and never took his eyes off of her.

She thought it was so funny - in no way did they "blend in". They sat alone in a restaurant on Sat night that is always packed, wore suits and spoke to no one. They each had one draft beer, which managed to last them the entire time she had her dinner. Both tipped well, by the way.

Maggie also waited on George P Bush (Jeb's son) who, I believe is stationed here, just three days ago. This is so cool for her - she is a political science major and plans to teach high school Government. but...... she still enjoyed waiting on Jon Bon Jovi about a year ago more. go figure!

As I recall, much board-droolig ensued when you told THAT story!

Weird about the SS agents. Seems like they attract more attention than if it was just her and her friends. Can't they get SS agents who are young and dressed cool? :)
