其實有無新idea都無所謂
最重要係佢地有心做
做得到承諾的事情
有新意、但做唔黎
就會變成空談
跟據經驗
政綱和往後一年的工作表現沒有關係
政綱寫得太「豐富」
只會對內閣們造成壓力
甚至使他們「撻皮」
