Peter, those are some good questions. I have a 15 year old son who goes to bed around 10pm..He doesn't like going to bed that early (as he puts it) but I feel he is very refreshed when he wakes up at 6pm...I make him go to bed because I feel he has a long day and he needs to be rested to recieve a proper education. If he is tired in the morning, he will not be able to function. I also told him that it prepares him for when he does become a part of the workforce....
