Another "trick" for making small tubes like this is to use heavy string inside as you sew, it's like making cording. Make sure to secure one end. When finished sewing pull the string out of the tube which turns it right side out...Clip off the end where the string was sewn....You can even reuse the string for the next batch of tubes....HTH..
