hi these boas are made from strips of organza the strips are hemmed with a rolled edge that encloses fishing line the strips are then gathered down the middle then lay a strip on top of a strip sew down middle then separate the two side and place another strip along sew down middle then open up side again do same till you get the thickness that u want
