It's a no seam bodice and when you go to put the boning in, finish up the bodice and then add the boning inside the little sleeve it comes with inside the dress. One piece on each side on the seam and then two pieces in the front and two pieces in the back.
The boning is also only about 3/4 the way up the bodice in the front and back, not all the way up in the front and back.
If all else fails, order the video from mypageantkid. It took awhile to get mine but so worth it!!!
