Hi, I am an old owner.My contract promises a 2012 sell off of all the apartments in cpo. Nobody from Petchy has ever asked me to release them from this contract.Furthermore it precedes all perpetuity contracts. I have taken legal advice and if I take these people to court, it is possible a judge might demand that they carry out their side of our contract.Thereby breeching all the new contracts.
So Clive it is not true, that the club infinity owners are not affected.Good or bad thing? Depends on whether said owners are happy stay or want out. Something I too would dearly like to know.
