 have paid our maintenance for 09 as ignored the firsttwo reminders but then got scared as they threatened court action, am thinking of stopping payment next year any update from other people that have done this do they go ahead with court proceedings or do they get fed up with trying to persue their money. will give timeshare away if anyone wants it
