I'm not yet sueing them, but have stopping paying maintenance charges - hence am unable to use my apartment at CPO.

If they take me to court, then of course, I will raise in my defence the issue that they are giving out false information and I will also state that the maintenance fees are now totally beyond realistic levels - its obvious to anyone who has been there, that a maximum of 100 pounds a year per studio and a bit more for larger apartments would be sufficient to cover all necessary expenditure at the resort. After all, the staff working there are hardly paid a large wage.

It goes withoutr saying that any court action they do bring, will result in me using national and local press and media as widely as possible to ensure extreeme adverse publicity for CPO and Petchey!
