Free property for them to sell at a fortune to other unsuspecting people. I know CPO is a huge complex, but it is not good news when a major timeshare resale organisation has 2500 properties for sale. If I didn't use my weeks I would advertise in shop windows, on e-bay or any where just to try to rent my week and cover the maintenance. Once you have someone using your week there is always a chance they may take it off your hands. Don't expect the prices quoted in many places on the internet as they are just too unrealistic.
