Here is a piece of law translated from a foreign website relating to timeshare purchase in Portugal.

"If the 10 days deadline is expired and that your contract does not mention the existence of the legal time of renunciation, you have a 3 months deadline to cancel (article 16 paragraph 3), address a registered letter, as soon as possible, at the company."
