CPO have touts working Albufeira giving out free scratch cards, you of course win a prize but have to attend a presentation. You are assured this is not timeshare (CPO don�t want you claiming your right to cancel) they claim it is an exclusive club which provides huge discounts on luxury accommodation and travel, only after you have handed over thousands of pounds you discover you have bought a very expensive timeshare.
Annual maintenance fees are high at CPO which you will have to pay whether you use your timeshare or not, I�ve seen better weeks than mine advertised on the net much cheaper than what I pay in maintenance. You will find it almost impossible to sell and if you can find a buyer CPO will charge you a large fee for transferring the paperwork. If you want to exchange your week with an exchange company like RCI you will have to pay an annual membership fee plus an exchange fee which is not cheap. When you request an exchange No Availability is a common response.
