Hi Ross
I am in the same postion with CPO owned for 22 years and now the maintenance is the price of a holiday. I have requested figures to substaintiate the costs which I got a pie chart which showed no figures just percentages. I sent through furhter requests for a breakdown but just received a further threat of court action. So I await them taking the next stage but am prepared to fight and take my chances with a judge if it comes to it.
