Hello Roz
Thought this site had closed - so few messages now.
There is help out there for you I think. Go to Clive's site
www:homestead.com/cpo
I think the site owner managed to get his money back via the credit card company.
I've been advised that I can't try this route as 10 years is too long. (On my contract it says Holiday Exchange International Ltd but I can't trace them anywhere !)
I've printed out all the e-mails from this site to use in my defence if they take me to court and the stories on the homestead site are good. I think some may have contact details on them.
Good luck - keep in touch - if I get very brave I'll do a witness statement for you -
