I don't know at this stage whether I'll be successful, but it is much better than just worrying about it. If anyone would give me written statements to support my claim about the lies concerning exchange potential, the promises to buy back, the promises to rent out through CPO, the phone calls to upgrade etc I would be very grateful. Also, I would love to hear from anyone who has reclaimed their money from CPO themselves in a small claim court. If not CPO, then through their credit card company.
I visited CPO a couple of years ago - when a friend of mine went on the dreaded presentation, did not buy and later that evening was subjected to the sales manager's drunken abuse and foul language in a bar, because my friend made the decision not to buy into the web of lies.
Nothings new is it ?
