Years ago I paid this company to sell my CPO studio. I phoned them up to ask where it was marketed, how much they were marketing it for, etc but to no avail. They could provide no evidence that they were selling the week at all, and (surprise?) I received no calls from interested purchsers. As a final test of the truth I reduced the asking price to �100, yet received no calls of interest. In the end I wrote off the money. Although 4-5 years ago, I still remember it clearly because exactly the same thing happened in parrallel with another timeshare selling firm (whose name I cannot remember). Steer clear. The lesson learned here is that anyone confident enough to sell a product on your behalf will not require payment up front but be happy with commission on a successful sale. Hope that helps.
