I had the same experiences as all of you and just refused to pay. Told them that their salesman had misrepresented the time share, had lied about reselling it, had lied when he said CPO would buy it back, plus various other lies, and finally theat he had lied by saying he was Bernie The Bolt from the Golden SHot with Bob Monkhouse. I initially answered a couple of threatening letters with the above allegations and then stopped answering all together. After about 2 years, I had a letter saying that as I was in default of my maintenance, I had now lost the timeshare week and was no longer a member of CPO. HURRAY!!!
