Well Tammy,

After some time I guess we have ourselves to blame.
It is a fine line and often not easy to establish
but, when truth smacks you in the face you can either
react to it or deny it exists.

Denial is a deadly game.

Greatly appreciate your time and comments.

Now, face the south and suck in a really deep breath
(I know you have huge lungs) and then turn around to
the North and let it out.

I am told it is very good for the body and mind
to do such a thing.

It might also return this damn freezing Canandian air
to its rightful owners.
