Love and healing sending your way...and remember that when your body is fighting anything, our immune system is tested to the limits. So while your "Auntie biot's tic" are running its undo course, you could spruce up your immune system by ingesting a tablespoon, of honey and cinnamon.

Cinnamon being a natural bacterial killer, and honey being a natural source of pure energy, rather than fake sugars..will increase your body's energy flow, allowing the cinnamon to make it's way through your system too. Once a day is good until you feel much better helps.

In fact, my son started with a cough today and he just had his dose for today, and will again tomorrow until his little body is able to fight the cold itself.

In the meantime..get some much needed rest, drink plenty of fluids and by all means make a mean pot of homemade chicken noodle soup will ya. All sure ways to help you promote a speedy recovery.

Christine, you are a writer's writer.

You have that rare ability to just jump in
fearlessly and let it all out. I love to read
you in all your colors. You are intelligent
and cause me to think about things but, beyond
that you are very entertaining and clever.

On another note my good friend; your view on love
is much the same as mine so I didn't have to go
out on a limb to understand what you were giving
up.

I'll give you a call this weekend.
