Andy...

A very refelctive spill here. I agree..we CANNOT go forward until we untie all the knots from the past. Being such creatures of habit, and products of our environments, we tend to lean towards taking the easy way out, because we learned it.

Yet, in the light of all things, when times offer us a brief moment to reflect upon what it is that "carved us" to become who we are today, oftentimes, in retrospect, after the forgiveness, and only then, do we find the proverbial silver lining. The lessons that needed to be embraced, that helped us become who we are. It is then our responsibility to apply what we learned from it.

Inspite of what may or may not have happened as children, there are those moments we need to face that bring us to the core of who we are, whether good or bad, it serves it's purpose as well. And there is always a purpose for everything, for everyone, and for every moment we embrace. These are the keys to moving forward in life.
