MISS CELTIC NATIONS HERITAGE PAGEANT IS BEING HELD SEPTEMBER 27TH AT THE LAKE CHARLES CIVIC CENTER CONTRABAND ROOM. THIS YEAR WE HAVE ADDED A MS. DIVISION.
