Subject: Garnet Dillard

Garnet Louise Williamson Dillard age 80, of Indianapolis. She is survived by son, Larrie (Ruthanne) Dillard, Sr.; a daughter, Vickie (Ron) Merz; granddaughter, Melanie (Greg) Canter; grandson, Larrie (Cindy) Dillard, Jr.; two great grandchildren, Jeremy and Joshua Dillard; two step grandchildren, Amanda Spradling and Ronnie Spradling; two step great grandchildren, Braden and Chole Hefley; a sister, Callie Bandy of Kokomo; brothers, Jack and Claude William-son, and Regina Poole all of Tennessee. She was preceded in death by parents, Ira and Lula Williamson, and a brother, Ira Burton Williamson. She worked for RCA and retired from Western Electric in 1987 and was a member of IBEW #1504. Garnet was a firm believer in Jesus Christ and her family know that she has gone to be with the Lord. Memorial contributions may be made to the Kidney Foundation. Funeral services for Garnet will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. (9-23-08) in Flanner & Buchanan Washington Park East Funeral Center, where friends may call on Monday (9-22-08) from 4 to 8 pm.
