Hello,

This is a reminder that all sign ups and payments MUST be made by Friday 1-23-09 for the following tournaments.
Davison 1-24-09
Lake Fenton 1-24-09 novice
Fenton 1-25-09
Marlette 1-25-09 novice

Due to the fact that we have had a screwed up practice schedule and a lot of unorganization because of this reason, I have let a lot of late sign ups slide with no penalty but we need to get on an organized schedule. I know you have not been getting your reminders as well because I am to busy sending out schedule changes for practice times. But I will try to get those back on track.

A lot of people are using paypal to get signed up and it is working GREAT..they get their numbers in and we get paid and it's just SO easy with things the way that they are...so consider using paypal!! Thanks to those of you who do..without it, it would be much more confusing and hard to catch up with everyone.

I will leave the paypal buttons up until the deadline...after that, they come down and that means you have to pay double...I will be integrating a new late sign up button somewhere on the web site as well as adding the deadline date above each one..so you have a better idea of when things need to be in.

If you sign up and do not pay, I will NOT be calling your number in..which means you will not be included in the number..and if you show up, you will have to pay double..because if you sign up, don't pay and I called you in...we still have to pay for you. If you sign up and pay and don't show up, you do not get your money back..we still had to pay for your spot. If you decide a head of time you will not be attending a tournament you already paid for..get with me..if we have someone to fill your spot, you will be allowed to switch the tournament in which you paid for. If I have NOT called the numbers in you can switch your tournament without care..just make a note of it with me.

I have already called the numbers in for this weekends tournaments:
Montrose (Ram Chargers) (4 are going)
Linden novice (10 are going)
Durand (20 are going)
Birch Run novice (4 are going)

But because of the lack of practices last week..if you were planning on attending ANY of these..I must know today and payment must be made. I can add a few if I need to to these numbers.
