This is very interesting. Did Brancadora investigate the legitimacy of the "Joan Fineran Nursing Scholorship Fund"? If not, it is urgent to his future that he does so ASAP, because if it is a Hurley scam and Brancadora allows his station to be utilized to further the scam, the Feds could take the station from him and lock him up, too.
