Throughout childhood and well into adolescence I had to pull everything down to my ankles and bend over a receptionist's lap for my shots. I was always too frightened/embarrassed for any physical manifestation of excitement at the time but sitting on the tender site later and thinking about the experience always gave me an erection. More recently, a nurse had me bending over for a series of booster shots, after which she told me to stand up but leave everything down because the vitamins she was about to give me might hurt so she would fetch the receptionist to hold me across her lap. Waiting alone like that made me absolutely rampant with anticipation and, when the receptionist came in, she had a good look at my condition before sitting down in front of me.
