I have not been back to this site since last April! But i will answer your question---No when my wife paddles me i am naked cause just out of the shower---and it hurts plenty but there is no embarrasment factor since it is my wife. I am a shy guy in many ways so i would be totally embarrassed if anyone else knew or saw----but its just between us so though my butt sure hurts---its not a big deal in any other way and it works fine for us---when something has to be settled
