 You say that you have to ask your husband to spank you. I have a suggestion that may give you an idea or two. Wear some special garment that will let him know that you want it.

My wife and I enjoyed kinky sex for over 61 years. When she wanted a strapping -- not often, but occasionally --(we used only a Canadian rubber school strap), she would put on a pair of rubber bloomers which sound like swishing paper when the wearer walks into the room. I'd hear it, and create a scenario, and she'd get a good one.

For you, perhaps a green, tight sweater, or a leather skirt, or canvas wedgies. . . or whatever . The idea being that this one garment will silently ask for the spanking. And you will wear it only for that purpose.
