 Is this the daughter who we were slightly worried might be actually looking for a spanking? Or was that the older one? It certainly seems that she is at that age when she is starting to resent authority, especially yours. Not bad as it goes, but it has to be carefully channelled. It is beginning to look like spankings aren't having the desired effect, and I'm sure you don't want to use harder and longer ones, it will only cause more resentment. I need to think more about it before I give any more detailed advice or opinions. It's not an easy one.
