 We are almost all females where I work and we get hit on a lot. In a way it's kind of gross. I'm not really used to that. I think the other girls get hit on more than me because they're really cute. I'm kind of a plain Jane so I don't think they bother me that much.
There are two girls though who hit on me a lot, or maybe I'm imagining it. One chick is just like a boy, but she's kind of cute. I think she just hits on me because she's obnoxious. I didn't think my appearance screams "I like girls". I thought I was a little more discrete about it.
This other girl comes in a lot and she's a lot like me. She's real quiet and awkward and I think really shy. She always comes to me for her order even if there are other customers behind her and another barista is available. If I'm wiping off tables or something she always stops me and asks for something even though there are others working there or she could get it herself.
I'm not really used to being hit on so I don't really know much about flirting. Do you think this girl is flirting with me and if so what should I do?
