Subject: Advent- an X-Men RPG

Advent City. When the first people settled here they were searching for a new beginning, and named their city thusly. Little did they know that only a few hundred years into the future the world would be overrun by the mutants they only heard of in passing whispers.

Now the city houses its fair share of the next step in human evolution. The resident humans aren't too happy about it. They only hate mutants because they're afraid, and they only fear because they don't understand.

It's up to you what you do here. Will you perpetuate that fear, and continue to give mutants a bad rap? Or perhaps you'll sit back and laugh as other's take charge. But then again, there are those who try to help rather than hinder. They're the ones who want mutants and humans to live together peacefully.

Your choice. That's why they call this half assed city 'Advent'. It's where new beginnings start.
