 Large dark eyes watched the mare closely, concern shining through in the expressive chocolate orbs. He could plainly see that her thoughts had wandered away from the here and now, back to other times. Clearing his throat softly, he spoke, not wanting to spook her.

"Where'd you go?" he queried quietly, still concerned for the enchanting damsel.
