But when he turned back around and heard the galloping hooves, he knew that she had run away to be alone for a little bit. And he accepted it for he knew that it was too early. He shouldn't have asked her just yet. A small sigh released from maw as his front knees went down and then his back. As he situated himself to lay down and rest, he thought about her. Would she come back? Would she forgive him of asking too early? All these thoughts swirled around his mind, snapping at him like a woodpecker banging on a tree. Blade turned his head side to side quickly as if trying to clear these thoughts. Again he sighed and lowered his dial down on the ground to at least try to get some rest. Would she come back?
